I HATE Being FAT!

I am fat, and I hate it! How can I ever get rid those blobs of fats that dance around different parts of my body whenever I’m in motion?

[Update: I have since enrolled in a diet program that worked for me at last! Hopefully my weight will not go back to where it was before I started!]

I have spent the last 2 years trying to lose some of my 84kg load of fats, and by now have lost a total of 3kg! Three miserable kilograms of fats in two years! I like to think I am very obedient and follow every instruction on every weight loss method that I have tried. Exercises, patches, diet plans, diet pills, you name it, I have tried it.

Sure, there were some positive results whenever I started with a new weight loss program, but my weight would just creep back to almost square one after a month or so. I am still only 34, have three kids, of asian descent, but my body sure doesn’t feel this age. I thought asians are supposed to be petite and curvy, don’t we? Instead I feel like I am a gorilla living in chimpanzee land.

There must be 101 reasons I hate being fat, but what upsets me the most is that my second son is embarrassed of me. His friends have been teasing him about his fatty bom bom mommy and he is asking me not to fetch him to and from school anymore.

Another thing I hate is not being able to be involved in any outdoor play with them. Many times I would get breathless and be like a heap of hopeless fats splashed on the ground.

I am now seriously thinking of giving my last shot at another diet plan that my friend has recommended. Apparently, a friend of a friend of a friend of hers has tried this calorie shifting method and the results are impressive.

Haven’t got the time to check it out. Maybe now I should. Will update my post if I ever tried this new diet.

Oh, how I hate being fat!

I sympathize with you, but I’m afraid you have to take control of your own life, or weight.
The only way you can ever lose weight in my humble opinion is to be disciplined and stick to an exercise routine.
There can be no short cuts to losing weight.

Hi Melanie, I disagree with your general view on weight loss. Exercise is not the only way to lose weight. Like Vivianne, I have gone through a lot to try to lose weight, teasing and mocking from distractors aside.
And guess what made me beat my bulge successfully? It’s the calorie shifting diet that Vivianne mentioned in her post.
Some people are born with genes that predispose them to obesity. With proper diet, you can beat your body system to achieve the desired results.
I think this might help Vivianne after all.

    Thanks for your comments!
Jenny, could you tell me more about this diet? I could do with a second opinion.

I have used calorie shifting diet for some time now. Back then it was known as weightloss4idiots. I think now they call themselve fatloss4idiots.
This diet plan is truly exceptional and it’s the only one that works for me. In 1 month I think I lost more than 14 pounds, if I remember correctly. Considering the fact that I wouldn’t classify myself as fat by any standard (I weighed at 150 lbs), it’s amazing that I could shed 14 lbs off me in just one month.
To me, calorie shifting diet is a no brainer as it the healthiest form of diet plan in the market simply because you don’t have to starve yourself to lose weight.
Anyway, if you want to know how the diet works, they provide you with an online diet generator for you to enter in some basic information about what you like. It will then generate a list delicious meals that it recommends. And I don’t mean delicious in the sense of a diet meal. The quality of the menu it generates can rival any food that is served in some of the finest restaurants you can find.
Hope this helps and good luck!

    Fat loss 4 idiots ROCKS!!!

I was skeptical at first when I came across the fatloss for idiots diet, but my opinion changed completely after using it for a few months.
I have to say the diet may not be suitable for everyone. I recommended this diet to some of my classmates but it didn’t have any positive effect on 2 of them.
But hey, it works for me and a few of my friends, so I guess I’m one of the many lucky ones!

Thanks Jenny. I took the plunge and it must be one of the easiest and tastiest diet plans I’ve tried.
Besides, I don’t feel like I’m on a diet at all! It’s working like a charm and I’ve posted my experience and outcome on this blog.
